Inside, the open kitchen, dining, and living areas make it easy to spend time together, while large windows bring in natural light and lake views.
Just steps from the house, across a quiet dirt lane that doubles as a walking path, is your private Kezar Lake waterfront. The lane is not a throughway and sees very limited local vehicle traffic, serving only the small number of homes farther along the path.
Enjoy your own private sandy beach and seasonal summer dock, perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing by the water and listening for the loons.
Back at the house, unwind on the screened porch or deck, cook dinner on the grill, and gather around the firepit in the evening. The fireplace makes Loon Island Lookout just as inviting for fall foliage weekends and winter ski trips as it is during summer.
The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and plenty of space to settle in for a weekend or a longer stay.

We fell in love with the peaceful feel of Kezar Lake—the loons, quiet mornings on the water, beautiful seasons, and easy access to everything the Lake Sunapee area has to offer. We created Loon Island Lookout as a place that feels comfortable, welcoming, and easy to enjoy, whether you’re here for summer days on the lake, fall foliage, a ski weekend, or simply some quiet time away.
