Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary by season, holidays, and length of stay. Summer lake-season and peak fall-foliage dates may have higher nightly rates and minimum-stay requirements. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome with an additional refundable pet deposit. Cleaning fees and applicable taxes are added at booking. The seasonal dock is generally available during the summer months; spring and fall guests should confirm dock availability if it is important to their stay.;
